Executive Director
Robin Piong
Founder of the company. He grew up in Kuala Lumpur and has a professional marketing qualification from the Chartered institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
Mr. Piong together with his team is responsible for the overall management of the company spanning from exploration, ore reserve evaluation, mining operation, finance, investments, corporate relationship and corporate exercise.
Mr Piong has more than 27 years of business experience. He started his career in 1996 by starting his own apparel manufacturing plant and successfully nurtured it to a multi-million company.
He also ventured into real estate business, corporate deals, fashion apparels and onto the minerals mining business. For the past 10 years he has been actively working and investing in Mongolia in mining, stocks and real estate.

Otgon-Od Namsrai
Ms Otgon-Namsrai (“Poko”) is a Mongolian based in Mongolia. She graduated in 2005 with a degree in Business from the Mongolian National University, and in 2016 she was awarded the Leading Youth medal from the Government of Mongolia.
She was the founder of the Mongolian National Development Corporation, Poko Fashion Co. Ltd. And Ulaan Global Trade Co. Ltd. She has 12 years of experience in road construction, business development and attracting foreign investment. In the later years, she entered into fashion business andin 2016 established her own POKO fashion brand and became one of the big fashion players in Mongolia.
From 2016 onwards, she invested and ventured into the mining business, sitting in different company boards and eventually settled down with Realxoin Resources LLC.
She was instrumental in negotiating the takeover from the previous owner on the Altangadas tenement for Realxoin Resources LLC and leading the company to further exploration.
